To All Our Valued Partners and Customers,

With the ever changing COVID-19 pandemic, Valor Fire & Security is making decisions and new protocols to our business practices.  Being considered an Essential Business we are continuing to provide our services to you but, doing so with extra precautions.

Our Inspection Crew will be wearing N95 rated respirator masks and nitrile gloves the entirety of our Inspections. The Inspectors will also use hand sanitizer after exiting a unit and before entering the next. It is very important to stay up-to-date with your buildings Fire Inspections to ensure the fire systems are running properly and reduce the risk from potential fire threats.

In addition, to help balance the personal needs of our team, we’ve instituted a four-day work week beginning Monday April 6, 2020. This being a very fluid situation, may require changes as we see what circumstances we’re confronted within the near future. Our phones are still being answered and our team will be available 24/7 for Emergency Services.

We appreciate and value the trust you place in Valor Fire & Security every day to provide services in Life Safety and Security. We recognize the daily challenges y’all are faced with personally and professionally. If there is anything further we can do to assist you or your organization, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Stay healthy, safe and positive as we all navigate through these ever-changing waters together.
